Meet the Artist
Tmaggzz is a non-binary and Christian artist who loves gaming, music, and anime. They're also proudly part of the queer and furry communities. You can often find Tmaggzz attending conventions and events like Super Magfest or concerts by artists like Twenty One Pilots. Fun facts: their favorite color is purple and their favorite animal is the tiger!

Terms of Service (Physical Art)
Refunds
- Tmaggzz does not accept returns. If your order was damaged upon receiving, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement of said item(s). If you are experiencing this or any other issues with your order, please email eren@tmaggzz.art with your order information and a description of the problem. The artist will respond as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Any refunds issued will be sent to your original method of payment.
Terms of Service (Commissions)
Deadlines
- All attempts will be made to complete the artwork in a reasonable amount of time (two weeks or less). In the case of unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified of any delays and reimbursed 30% of the total price. If the artwork is not delivered in one month or less, or cannot be completed, you will be reimbursed the full amount paid.
Revisions and Alterations
- I will supply watermarked in-progress images throughout multiple stages of the creation process (sketch, lineart, colors, shading). You may, at any time, request revisions. For major alterations at later stages of creation, an additional fee may be added, but is not usually necessary. If I am unable to contact you for an extended period of time to confirm progress of the commission, the project's final deadline is subject to being pushed back an equal amount of time.
- Alteration fee: A fee equal to 30% of the total price may be added for major revisions. This includes any revision that requires me to regress a drawing to a previous stage (e.g. changing the sketch after I have already finished coloring).
Payment
- Payment for each commission is requested upfront. Any additional fees added after the first payment will be paid upon completion of the project. You will receive a file of the finished work (and a physical print, for pet portraits) only after payment has been completed in full.
Total Price
- I will stay in contact with you throughout the commission process. Once all of the details have been agreed upon, I will state the total price of your commission and send you a personalized invoice. The time when payment is received is when I will begin working on the commission.
Usage/Copyright
- Copyright: The artist retains all copyright of produced artwork. The customer has permission to share the work publicly or display it for private use. Any reproduction of the work to be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited UNLESS approved by the artist in writing. Doing so without approval is a crime and may result in legal action.
- Giving Credit: When sharing the commissioned work publicly, either online or in person, the customer agrees to give the artist (Tmaggzz) credit through clear and visible labeling, tagging, or verbal acknowledgement. Obstruction or concealment of the artist’s signature is prohibited. The artist will be happy to answer any questions about how this requirement is to be fulfilled.
- Artist Marketing: The customer consents to completed work, as well as reference photos, being shared on the artist’s website (www.tmaggzz.art) and social media (instagram, tiktok, etc.) for advertising and marketing purposes. If the customer does not consent to the work being used in this way, they may state so at any time.
